Gothic Cross Necklace

The Pentagram which is inscribed on this cross is an Earth-related symbol which is often associated with Tarot decks. Its prominence in Wiccan culture comes from the traditions within ceremonial magic. The 5 points are said to represent the elements of Air, Earth, Fire and Water, with the upward point representing the fifth element which is the Spirit. 

Even out-with Wicca, the pentagram is often seen as a symbol for good and an aid in the protection against evil.
