Wiccan Wolf Pendant

There are various links to werewolves in the Pagan and Wiccan belief systems. Between the 15th and 17th centuries the witchcraft authorities were in constant debate whether or not witches were also responsible for werewolves, having either been able to trans-mutate into a werewolf themselves or were able to turn others in werewolves. 

Due to Wolves being wiped out by humans across various regions of Europe between the 14th and 19th century, their existence became something of folklore in certain countries. In some places were sighting's of them occurred it was often an indication that there was a witch about.
